REGISTRATION
Because of the limitation on the number of seats, a preselection of registrations is ongoing, and people whose registration is refused will be notified as soon as possible. The complete list of participants will be online after the pre-registration deadline.
REGISTRATION FEES
Your contribution to the organization of the conference amounts to 200 €uros (all taxes included). They must be paid by banking card prior to your arrival on the Website of payment at the tab « BolNonCol-17 » https://www.azur-colloque.fr/DR12/ (Not yet open).
You must first carry out a pre-registration (use a unique email address per person). Then, you will receive an e-mail confirmation in order to complete the payment.
PHD STUDENTS or YOUNG RESEARCHERS
A limited number of grants is available for young researchers (PhD students, Postdocs). They can cover either registration fees or the living expenses (lodging, meals) or both, but not travel expenses.
Application must be sent by email to Prof. Yves Elskens , by specifying on Subject «Application for fellowship – CIRM Conference 2017 ». Send a short text explaining your motivation, with your CV and a recommendation letter.
ACCOMMODATION
It is more convenient to have a lodging at CIRM, but the number of rooms available (single or twin) might not be sufficient for all the participants. However, other possibilities for lodging are also possible (student rooms and apartment studio) on Campus or in town, see the list below. If you wish to book an hotel on your own, could you please inform us of your choice so as to benefit (if possible) from negotiated rates.
