This school will provide an introduction to the geometry of flat, hyperbolic and random surfaces, highlighting the questions that can be asked in parallel in the three scopes. It is mainly intended for young scientists at the beginning of their PhD studies, proposing research directions ranging from dynamics over geometric group theory and random geometry to intersection theory.
