In a recent paper (http://arxiv.org/abs/2112.05242) applicants define a notion of substitution on colored binary trees called substreetution. The goal of the meeting is to continue this work in progress, at the frontier between dynamics and combinatorics. This is a totally new topic, with dynamical and ergodic-theoretical aspects still to be investigated (entropy, existence of interesting invariant measures, a thermodynamical formalism, among others), but also with some interactions with quasi-periodic tilings of the hyperbolic plane.
Dans un article récent (http://arxiv.org/abs/2112.05242) nous définissons une notion de substitution sur les arbres binaires colorés, appelée substreetution. Le but de la rencontre est de continuer le travail amorcé, à la frontière entre dynamique et combinatoire. Il s’agit d’un sujet totalement nouveau, touchant la dynamique, la théorie ergodique. Beaucoup de questions sont à investiguer : calcul d’entropie, mesures invariantes, formalisme thermodynamique, etc. Il y a également des applications comme la construction de pavages quasi-périodiques du plan hyperbolique
