The 2nd Joint Meeting Brazil–France in Mathematics follows the first meeting held in 2019 at IMPA in Rio de Janeiro.
This conference will celebrate the long and rich shared history of the Brazilian and French mathematical communities. It aims to strengthen scientific collaborations, foster the emergence of new joint projects, and promote exchanges among established researchers, early-career researchers, and doctoral students.
The event will cover a broad spectrum of fundamental and applied mathematics through plenary lectures and thematic sessions.
Registered participants will have the option of giving a 30-minute talk, a 10-minute short communication, presenting a poster, or just attending the conference. The preference can be chosen upon the registration, and the final selection will be done by the Scientific Committee.
La 2ème Rencontre conjointe Brésil–France en Mathématiques fait suite à la première rencontre organisée en 2019 à l’IMPA à Rio de Janeiro.
Cette conférence célèbrera la longue et riche histoire commune des deux communautés mathématiques brésilienne et française. Elle vise à renforcer les collaborations scientifiques, à favoriser l’émergence de nouveaux projets conjoints et à promouvoir les échanges entre chercheurs confirmés, jeunes chercheurs et doctorants.
La manifestation couvrira un large spectre des mathématiques fondamentales et appliquées, à travers des conférences plénières et des sessions thématiques.
Les participants inscrits auront la possibilité de donner soit un exposé de 30 minutes, une communication courte de 10 minutes, de présenter un poster ou de simplement assister au congrès. Le choix pourra être indiqué lors de l’inscription, et la sélection finale sera effectuée par le Comité scientifique.
