The 8th edition of the ILCB Summer School will take place at the Centre International de Rencontres Mathématiques (CIRM), nestled within Marseille’s picturesque Parc National des Calanques, from September 1st to September 5th, 2025. Our courses on Language, Communication, and the Brain cover all levels and advanced topics across multiple thematic areas, including:
- Language & Cognition
- Neuroscience
- Computer Science & Machine Learning
- Applied Mathematics & Statistics

La 8e édition de l’ILCB Summer School aura lieu au Centre International de Rencontres Mathématiques (CIRM), niché dans le pittoresque parc national des Calanques de Marseille, du 1er au 5 septembre 2025. Nos cours sur la langue, la communication et le cerveau couvrent tous les niveaux et des sujets avancés dans de nombreux domaines thématiques, notamment :
• Langage et cognition
• Neurosciences
• Informatique et apprentissage automatique
• Mathématiques appliquées et statistiques

Tuition & Expenses:
The registration fee for the summer school is €250. Participants are also responsible for covering their travel. Accommodation and meal can be booked at the CIRM.
The payment link for the Summer School fee will be sent by email along with the acceptance message.
Application Process:
The application procedure is now closed.
📅 Application Deadline: Friday, May 23, 2025, anywhere on earth.
Registration & Selection:
By the end of May, the Summer School organizing committee will review applications and determine eligibility. Successful applicants will receive confirmation of acceptance in the beginning of June, along with instructions on how to confirm their participation.
Accommodation & Meals:
A limited number of full-board accommodations (including breakfast, lunch, and dinner) will be available at CIRM for selected participants.
