The last conference week is dedicated to the mathematical treatment of medical, biomedical and biochemical signals and images, a non-exhaustive list being signals acquired in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), tomography (PET,CT, etc.), ElectroEencephaloGraphy (EEG), MagnetoEncephaloGraphy (MEG), microscopy, spectroscopy, etc.

The focus will be on fundamental aspects of modeling and analyzing these (multi-dimensional) objects, including, for example, questions such as the reconstruction of the data or source separation problems.

A special session will be dedicated to modeling and analyzing bio-chemical signals (and in particular metabolomics).

Cette dernière semaine de conférence est dédiée au traitement mathématique des signaux et images médicaux, bio-médicaux ou bio-chimiques, par exemple Imagerie par Résonance Magnétique (IRM), Tomographie (TEP, CT…) , Electro-EncéphaloGraphie (EEG), Magnéto-EncéphaloGraphie (MEG), microscopie, spectroscopie,…

On y abordera des aspects fondamentaux liés à la modélisation de ces signaux mono et multidimensionnels mais aussi des aspects méthodologiques quant au traitement de ces signaux comme la reconstruction, la séparation de sources…

​Une session spéciale sera dédiée à la modélisation et à l’analyse de signaux en chimie du vivant et métabolomique.
